All Safe Cybersecurity Ltd

Terms of Service

The terms on which you may use the All Safe website and engage with our cybersecurity, web application development and IT services.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by All Safe Cybersecurity Ltd, a company incorporated in 2025 and registered in England and Wales, trading as All Safe (IT · Digital · Technology). References to "we", "us" and "our" mean All Safe Cybersecurity Ltd.

By accessing or using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may ask you to accept separate terms for specific services.

02Description of our services

We provide the following categories of professional services:

  • Cybersecurity consultancy, including security architecture review, risk assessment, secure development practices and ongoing advisory work.
  • Custom web application development for business and consumer products, covering design, engineering, testing and release.
  • Broader IT and digital technology consultancy and delivery.

Information on this website describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not create a contract for services.

03Client engagements and separate agreements

Any project work is performed only under a separate written agreement, statement of work or engagement letter signed by both parties. That document sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, fees and any service levels, and takes precedence over these terms in the event of conflict for that engagement.

Nothing on this website, and no message sent through our contact form, constitutes a binding commitment by us to perform work or by you to purchase it.

04Website use and acceptable use

You agree not to use this website:

  • In any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • To attempt unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected system.
  • To introduce malicious code, conduct denial of service activity, or perform security testing without our prior written consent.
  • To transmit unsolicited commercial communications, or to send false, abusive or misleading content through our contact form.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or report activity to law enforcement, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

05Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, design, graphics, the All Safe name, logo and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to All Safe Cybersecurity Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

Ownership of deliverables created during client engagements is dealt with in the relevant signed agreement. As a general position, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, while we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and reusable components, licensed to the client to the extent needed to use the deliverables.

06No warranty and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the site and its content, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Content on this site is general information and is not professional security, legal or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of or damage to data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

07Third party links

This website links to third party sites, including our own product SortDaily at sortdaily.com. Links are provided for information only and do not imply endorsement of any third party content. We have no control over the content, policies or availability of external sites and accept no responsibility for any loss arising from your use of them. 08Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect when published, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Please review this page periodically.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims.
